We aim to get back within 24 hours, but some instances require up to 48 hours.

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to hold your time slot. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the shoot cost is required upon booking, with the remaining seventy-five percent (75%) due the day of the shoot, eight (8) hours before the designated shoot time.

Here at Mblem Productions we pride ourselves with our excellent service and attention to detail with our quality of work. Every non-commercial shoot is refundable, minus the initial deposit, if the results are not entirely satisfactory. We will immediately seek a resolution, attempting to accommodate any criticisms and come to a happy solution for both parties before offering a refund. If no such resolution can be made, a refund will be sent back to your form of payment within 14 business days.

Every detail of the shoot will be discussed before booking the time slot. That includes: Location, Date and Time, Length of shoot, Route for rollers (if included), and any questions you may have.

Rollers bring about a certain risk anytime they’re performed on public roads. With that said, I work with professional and experienced drivers and camera operators to ensure everything that can go right, does. I am properly harnessed in with a backup connection for extra protection.

Due to the nature of rollers being taken while moving, it can take longer to secure the same quality picture that would only take a minute while stationary. Typically, a standard set of rollers takes 30-45 minutes to get, though, more in depth roller shoots can take up to two (2) hours to complete.

For standard, non-commercial shoots, ten (10) days is the standard delivery time, with expedited delivery offered as an additional service. For more unique projects (longform horizontal content, action and/or cinematic vertical content, commercial work, documentary style videos, etc.) the delivery times will vary - but will be discussed and settled on before moving forward.

Deliverables will be shared through a gallery on my separate hosting page. The download pin will be given once we have discussed whether or not the deliverables are satisfactory. If there are any issues, we will begin working immediately to resolve them.

We do offer physical prints! We work with an out of state lab for maximum quality, thus, the prices you will see from us are higher than those at quantity>quality printing services. Prints take a minimum of two weeks to be shipped, and will then be hand delivered to you. All reprints and issues will be handled in-house so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, *Card, and Zelle.
